   how do you dry the ghost peppers.

   Hi Adele,

   The ghost chilies come into the US (from India) already dried. We don’t actually dry them ourselves and thus don’t have any experience drying them. If you have fresh ghost chilies that you want to dry, you might try a dehydrator.
