Spiced Sardines with Crouton, Goldenberry, Chile & Parsley Oil

These delectable morsels are sweet, savory & crisp with just a touch of heat.

Spiced Sardines w/ Chile & Goldenberry Tapa
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 thin slices Rustic Artisan Bread, cut into squares
  • 1 clove Fresh Garlic
  • 1 tin Jose Gourmet Spiced Sardines in EVOO
  • Goldenberry (Ground Cherry) Spread
  • Parsley Oil Recipe
  • Chile Oil Recipe

DIRECTIONS

Toast the bread squares until golden & crisped. Peel the garlic clove and rub it on all the squares.

Top each square with a small portion of goldenberry spread, then a small portion of spiced sardine.

Drizzle each cube with a small amount of chile oil, parsley oil, and lemon juice. Serve.
