Almond, Parsley & Cilantro Salsa Verde
Salsa verde is a green herb sauce with a fresh, herbacious, slightly tart flavor. It’s a great sauce for bringing fresh flavor to seafood or chicken, and also balances stronger-flavored beef and game meats nicely.

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup Fresh Italian Parsley with stems
- ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro with stems
- Pinch of Red Chile Flakes
- 1 tsp Raisins
- 1 tsp Sherry Vinegar
- 6 Almonds
- ¼ tsp Anchovy Paste
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to Taste

Blend all ingredients together.
