Almond, Parsley & Cilantro Salsa Verde

Salsa verde is a green herb sauce with a fresh, herbacious, slightly tart flavor. It’s a great sauce for bringing fresh flavor to seafood or chicken, and also balances stronger-flavored beef and game meats nicely.

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ cup Fresh Italian Parsley with stems
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro with stems
  • Pinch of Red Chile Flakes
  • 1 tsp Raisins
  • 1 tsp Sherry Vinegar
  • 6 Almonds
  • ¼ tsp Anchovy Paste
  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients together.
