Cook Like a Romantic
Nothing makes them say “aww” like a plate full of colorful heart shaped ravioli.  They’ll be even more touched when they taste the delectable fillings hiding inside!  Of course, hearts aren’t everybody’s style.  Nuovo ravioli also comes in a massive variety of other shapes, colors, and flavors…so there’s something for everyone.

It cooks in minutes, and stays frozen ‘till you need it.  Any night can be date night!

Shellfish Aphrodisiacs
Live Oysters are succulent, juicy, and sweet.  Pop the tops on some of these beauties, lay them out on a bed of salt or ice and serve them to your beloved with a mignonette sauce.  Easy, sensual, delicious!

Geoduck – crunchy and possessing a provocative shape, geoducks have long been considered aphrodisiacs in Asia.

  2. What we’ve got here seems to be horseradish, geoduck, ricotta mozzarella and asiago heart-shaped raviolis, and delicious Olympia oysters. All of which I would chow down on. Except maybe for the horseradish. A bite of that would hurt.

  3. I immediately remembered #3 being the heart shaped ravioli, which some day when I can afford real food other than ramen noodles, I would LOVE to try. The specific filling is Ricotta, Mozzarella, and Asiago.

    #4 is a fresh olympia oyster – I’d have no idea how to prepare and eat one, but I know what they look like.

    #1 is the fresh horseradish and #2 is a geoduck. I figured #1 was a root vegetable or something like that, but I had no idea about #2.

    Obviously, one should grate a bit of the horseradish to serve over the oysters and the geoduck (thinly sliced). Then, heat up the ravioli, toss with some melted butter and voila… all you need is champagne!

    But I’m going to say that I remember my parents making the fresh horseradish for a root.
    I would never ever want to eat geoduck. It looks frightening.
    The ravioli looks adorable (even if it’s heart shaped).
    And I LOVE LOVE LOVE oysters (brings back memories of New Orleans)

  55. Fresh Horseradish – It alway grew in my mothers garden; nothing better than fresh horseradish with a Standing Rib Roast.

    Geoduck – Have lived in the area all my life and never eaten Geoduck, I remember digging up these huge clams as a kid but never thought they were edible.

    Heart Shaped Raviolis with Ricotta, Mozzarella, and Asiago – What a beautiful plate for Valentines day with these lovely items.

    Live Olympia Oysters – Nothing better than fresh local seafood. I have not met an Oyster I did not like.
