Chile Lime Jicama Appetizer
Simple, crisp, fruity & tangy, this appetizer satisfies.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Jicama, Peeled
- Juice of 1 Lime
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Fruity Chile Powder Recipe
DIRECTIONS

Cut the jicama into sticks (long batonnets).

Put the jicama sticks in a large bowl and toss them in the lime juice to coat.

Sprinkle in the salt & toss again.

Sprinkle in the chile powder & toss again to coat.

Lift the jicama sticks out of the bowl & arrange them on a plate. Serve.
