Mushroom Recipe Challenge
In the Fall of 2010, Marx Foods held a mushroom recipe challenge where bloggers were asked to create original mushroom recipes using dried wild mushrooms such as lobster mushrooms, chanterelles, porcinis, matsutakes, and black trumpets.
