What New Products Should we add in 2009?

JustinAll Recipes, General 4 Comments

Our New Years Resolution is to double the number of products in our store, so our readers and eaters can fulfill their foodie fantasies. We want your input.

We’re open to ANYTHING, so long as it is absolutely delicious, a hard-to-find specialty, or both.

What products should we add this year? What do you have difficulty sourcing? What would you like to find in better quality?

  1. I’ve had a really hard time finding really yummy SOFT-SHELL CRAB in south Texas.
We are soft-shell crab eating fools, and would LOVE to have a great place to buy them, and maybe even some awesome recipes from your other customers.
Thank you, and Happy New Year!

  2. You could provide my free range grass and grain fed, spring watered muscovy ducks.
They live in central Victoria and are not shedded at all. They have shelters which the may or may not use,are nurtured by the mother duck until she gets tired of parenting, then I take over.
Young ducks are penned until they are big enough to scare off predatory foxes, with the help of the Peacocks and guinea fowl.
The processor I use has all the accreditation anyone could want.

  3. So many livelihoods have been interrupted and destroyed in Palestine and elsewhere in the Middle East (including Lebanon following the 2006 Israel war. Could you please seek local producers in these regions? I’d love to find a great source for za’atar, freekeh, etc that might also support local economies.
