Want to enjoy fresh truffles but don’t feel like putting in a lot of work? This simple and light, yet luxurious lunch is the perfect way to make use of leftover cold chicken and fresh truffles. If there’s such a thing as a laid-back dish involving fresh truffles…this is it.
INGREDIENTS
- Leftover Roasted Chicken (we used Truffle Honey Glazed Chicken)
- Roll of your choice
- Lettuce
- Mayonnaise (we recommend homemade mayonnaise)
- Fresh Truffles (we used Bianchetti Truffles and Oregon Black Truffles)
DIRECTIONS

Toast your roll.

Spread on a heavy layer of mayonnaise.

Add lettuce & the chicken.

Top the filling with a heavy layer of fresh truffles. Devour.
