Lime Elderflower Martini
Makes 1 Drink
A fairly classic martini with a little added complexity – a sweet floral touch from the elderflower and subtle citrus overtones from the lime.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Flash-Infused Lime Vodka (Recipe & Technique at How to Flash Infuse Alcohols)
- 3/4 oz Elderflower Syrup
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- Lime Disk
DIRECTIONS

Shake together all ingredients with ice.

Strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with the lime disk & serve.

Looks good, I’ll probably try this. However, a “classic Martini” is gin and vermouth, NOT vodka! I would call this drink an Elderflower/vodka cocktail, NOT a martini!
