Our wild mushrooms are foraged by experts who hike into mountains and forests looking for these elusive treasures. Wild mushrooms are part of an ecosystem and grow where the conditions are best, not where they’re easiest to find & pick, so it takes a trained eye to spot them amongst the leaves and bark on the forest floor (and distinguish them from poisonous varieties).
