Elderflower White Lady
The White Lady is a classic gin & citrus cocktail with a proud history (it was Laurel & Hardy’s drink of choice) that you rarely see these days. Here we’ve replaced the traditional Cointreau with elderflower syrup for added complexity & a lower total alcohol content.
The resulting drink maintains the clean flavor & martini-esque feel of the original, but without the high octane burn.
INGREDIENTS
- 2oz Gin (we used Voyager)
- 3/4oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4oz Elderflower Syrup
DIRECTIONS

Shake the gin, lemon juice & elderflower syrup with ice.

Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Serve.
