A twist on the classic, this manhattan recipe has added sweetness from the elderflower syrup and dry vermouth.
- 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Syrup
- 1/4 oz Dry Vermouth
- 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters or Scrappy’s Aromatic Bitters
- Orange twist for garnish
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Add bourbon, elderflower syrup, dry vermouth and bitters and shake with a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a lowball glass with a large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange twist.
