Cocktail Recipe “Bermuda Chai”
Makes 1 Drink
This unusual cocktail combines a smooth, citrusy base with notes of ginger and cardamom.
Rachel’s Ginger Beer is a Seattle exclusive (unlike other sodas, it needs to be refrigerated). If you can’t get your hands on some, substitute the strongest (preferably also lemony) ginger beer you can find.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Dark Rum (we used Gosling’s)
- ½ oz Vanilla Simple Syrup
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
- 3 oz Rachel’s Ginger Beer
DIRECTIONS

ombine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake to chill & combine.

Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Top with Rachel’s ginger beer.
