Cashew Cream

Smooth and creamy, you’d swear this cream has dairy in it, but it’s just the emulsified fat of the cashews. Use as a component of a dish or an ingredient.


INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups Unsalted, Unroasted Cashews
  • 1 ½ Cups Water
  • 1 tsp Salt

DIRECTIONS

Soak the cashews in the water with the salt for an hour.

Blend them to a smooth cream in a blender.
