As knife cuts go, the roll cut isn’t especially difficult, it’s as simple as cutting on the bias with a half-turn. Still, it’s not as well known as many of the others, so we thought we’d put together a little tutorial. It’s an excellent choice for long thin items (root vegetables, etc).
