We asked bloggers if they wanted to use some of our dried chilies to come up with a tantalizing recipe. Of course the answer was a resounding “YES!”
Bloggers were asked to come up with an original recipe featuring any of chile varieties we sent them. We sent out a mix of Habanero, Puya, Japones, Mulato, Aji Amarillo, and Cascabel chilies.
