The Marx Foods office received a shipment of Copper River Sockeye fillets today, and Justin decided to use them to test out some of our salmon recipes.

We also just got a big shipment of “Summer Chanterelles”—Golden Chanterelles from Louisiana. Here in the Pacific Northwest, we typically don’t see Chanterelles until late summer to early fall, so this is a special treat. Justin is also going to cook up a batch of the mushrooms for us all to try.
