Orange & Garlic Wilted Spinach
Makes 1-2 Servings
This simple wilted spinach recipe makes a great side for just about anything…we particularly love it with New Zealand grass-fed beef.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ lb washed Spinach
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 2 strips of Orange Peel (1” wide, 3-4” long)
- 1 Clove of Garlic, peeled & smashed
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS

Put the garlic and orange peel in a frying pan with the butter over high heat.

When the butter foams, add the spinach, salt, and pepper.

Stir the spinach into the butter and cook it until it wilts.

Strain the liquid out of the wilted spinach. Pick out the orange peel & garlic, then discard them.

Serve.
