New to the Store in October 2015

The biggest news of course is that we’ve split the Marx Foods store into two: MarxFoods.com & MarxPantry.com.  You can read more about what’s happened and why it’s a good thing (lower prices, more stuff!) here.

Now that the structure for Marx Pantry has been finished, we’ve kicked expanding our offerings into high gear ahead of the holidays.  Here’s what we added in October:

Raw & Prepared Foie Gras
We now offer a full line of imported raw Canadian foie gras & foie gras charcuterie.

Grass-Fed Wagyu Beef from New Zealand
We’ve finally been able to expand our line of 100% grass-fed Wagyu beef from New Zealand to cover a range of premium cuts in addition to burgers & ground beef.  Ribeyes, striploins, tenderloins & more are now available to people looking to try this perfect merger of wagyu marbling and healthy/humane/environmentally-friendly husbandry.
