Mint Crystal Mojito Verde
We sent a random goodie box of samples to Lindsey, of Lindsey Eltinge Photography for some culinary & photographic experimentation. Lindsey is an on-location, travel food photographer. She teamed up with her husband for this guest post; he created the recipe and she photographed this minty libation featuring our mint crystals on the rim. INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons mint infused sugar
- 2 shots white rum
- 1/2 a lime
- 3 sprigs of mint
- Club soda
- Ice
DIRECTIONS

Use a coffee grinder to grind the mint crystals.

Rim the glass with the mint crystals.

Cut the lime into 4 pieces, add 3 pieces to a cocktail shaker with the sugar & 2 mint sprigs.

Muddle the ingredients then add the rum.

Fill shaker to the top with ice, then add club soda.

Shake and pour into a beer glass or Tom Collins glass.

Garnish with remaining mint and lime.
