Cocktail Recipe: “The Pine Car”
Makes 1 drink
This play on the traditional Sidecar cocktail has rich, deep, musky & piney notes thanks to the pine cone bud syrup.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ oz Brandy
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Pine Cone Bud Syrup
- Garnish: Twist of Lemon
DIRECTIONS

Shake the brandy, lemon juice and pine cone bud syrup together with ice.

Strain into a martini glass, garnish with the lemon twist. Serve.
