Cocktail Recipe: “The Mayflower”

In The Mayflower the bite of gin is mellowed with honey and brightened with vinegar. The bitters add body, and the soda water smooths everything together to create a drink that’s light and delicious.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Gin (we used Plymouth Gin)
- ½ oz Honey Wine Vinegar
- 2 dashes Scrappy’s Aromatic Bitters
- 4 1/2oz Soda Water
DIRECTIONS

Stir together the gin, vinegar, soda water and bitters with ice.

Strain into a rocks glass.

Garnish with the lemon peel & serve.
