Cocktail Recipe “Lemon Dotty”
Makes 1 Drink
A whiskey sour that’s actually more of a whiskey sweet, if you take our meaning. The woody notes of the bourbon blend with lemon and simple syrup into a drink that’s comforting and relaxing rather than piquant.
INGREDIENTS
- 2oz Bourbon (we used Woodford Reserve)
- ½ oz Citrus Syrup
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Stalk of Lemon Grass
- Lemon Wheel Garnish
DIRECTIONS

1. Bruise the lemon grass by whacking it with the back of a knife.

Combine the bourbon & citrus syrup with ice in a mixing glass. Stir with the lemon grass.

Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Put the lemon wheel in the glass. Serve.
