Cocktail Recipe: Cucumber Mint Fizz

Makes 1 drink

Light, summery, refreshing, this cocktail could be considered a “stealth drink” – it looks just like a tall glass of sparkling water. It’s perfect for relaxing on balmy, breezy summer days.

Cocktail Recipe: Cucumber Mint Fizz
INGREDIENTS
  • 2oz Gin (we used Aviation Gin)
  • 1/4oz Cucumber Vinegar
  • 1 1/2oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 Mint Leaves
  • 2oz Club Soda
  • Garnish: Edible Micro Orchids

DIRECTIONS

Combine the gin, cucumber vinegar, simple syrup and mint leaves in a mixing glass.

Muddle, then shake with ice to chill & combine.

Pour the club soda over ice in a Collins glass.

Strain the cocktail from the shaker into the club soda.

Garnish with the micro orchids. Serve.
