Broiled Broccoli with Balsamic Vinegar
So very simple, so very tasty. Try this and you may never steam broccoli again.
INGREDIENTS
- Broccoli Crown(s)
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Aged Balsamic Vinegar (we used Vigna Oro)
DIRECTIONS

Cut the florets off of the crown. Toss them with olive oil & plenty of salt.

Spread the florets out on a sheet pan on baking dish.

Broil in the oven until they start to brown & caramelize.

Serve drizzled with the balsamic vinegar.
