We’re introducing a new artisanal and farmstead cheese program in the next couple weeks… or sooner if we can pull it together. It’s going to be pretty cool so stay tuned for details. Today, Ryan is shooting cheese (that’s him in our light box):

In a few hours, we’ll have bloated bellies from eating way too much. And, in a few weeks the raw milk cheeses of River Valley Ranch (pictured above) and the cheeses of several other artisanal and farmstead dairies will be available to the nation (now, they are only available if you are lucky enough to live within driving distance from our farmers markets in Seattle).
