European Style Vegetable Hash
Makes 4 Servings
INGREDIENTS
- 4 small carrot pieces
- 3 small celery pieces
- celery root
- Kohlrabi
- cauliflower
- potato
- 1 egg
- Salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS

Mash the vegetables with a potato masher.

Add 1 heaping spoon of flour, salt, pepper, one small egg.

Stir well and take a tablespoon of batter out.

Heat olive oil in a pan and add the batter using a tablespoon to make it flatter, push down with spoon.

thickness of the hash pieces in the pan should be approx. ½ inch. Fry each side until brown.
