Elderflower Vodka Gimlet
This variation on a gin gimlet replaces the aromatics in gin with something brighter & more floral by swapping in vodka & elderflower syrup.
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4oz Lime Juice
- 2oz Vodka (we used Tito’s)
- 1/2oz Elderflower Syrup
- Garnish: Lime Wheel
DIRECTIONS

Shake the lime juice, vodka & elderflower syrup with ice.

Strain into a small wine glass.

Garnish with a lime wheel.
