Scrappy Cherry Manhattan
Makes 1 drink
Sweet, fruity & woody this delightful twist on a classic Manhattan cocktail uses all the flavor in a jar of Luxardo cherries to good effect.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Bourbon (we used Bulleit)
- ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 tsp Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
- 2 dashes Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
- 1 Luxardo Maraschino Cherry
DIRECTIONS

Stir together the bourbon, vermouth, syrup and bitters with ice.

Put the cherry in the bottom of a martini glass.

Strain the drink over the cherry. Serve.
