Kabosu Gimlet

A gimlet like you’ve never tasted. Kabosu juice brings the lime flavor, but also adds some refreshing cucumber & melon notes. We added a bit of simple syrup to the mix to balance the sweet & tart flavors.


INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1oz Kabosu Juice
  • 1/4oz – 1/2oz Simple Syrup

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Shake vigorously to mix.

Strain into a rocks glass, or serve straight up.

Garnish with a lime wedge or lime slice.
