Balsamic Champagne Cocktail

Makes 1 Drink

Simple, but still unusual & exciting, this balsamic vinegar champagne cocktail is an easy way to shake up the champagne routine.

Adding balsamic vinegar gives the champagne a beautiful amber hue, and the flavor is a mellow mix of tang and sweetness.

Note: the type of sparkling wine you choose to use will change the taste considerably. For a sweeter result, use a sweet sparkling wine like Moscato Dolce or Prosecco. To tone down the sweetness, use a Brut or an Extra Brut sparkling wine or Champagne.

If you want to add some fresh fruit, be sure to look at our Blackberry Balsamic Bellini.
