HOW TO MAKE MUSHROOM POWDER
Homemade mushroom powders are a great trick to have in your culinary arsenal. Unlike whole dried mushrooms, mushroom powder doesn’t have to be rehydrated before use. It allows you to distribute the flavor of dried mushrooms evenly throughout dishes without introducing the texture and appearance of mushrooms, as in this recipe for Lemon Porcini Orzo.
