We added nine new dried bulk chiles to the store this week, bringing the total varieties offered to eighteen. 

That’s a lot of chilies. 

While our chili heat scale will help with people trying to decide which chile is hot or mild enough to suit their tastes, the choice is still a daunting one, especially when buying in bulk.

That’s why we just added a brand new dried chile pepper sampler containing 1 oz each of nine of our dried chilies.  An ounce is the perfect amount for testing each one until you find one (or several!) chilies that you simply cannot get enough of.

Samplers provide the perfect opportunity to try out several of the unusual and exciting products Marx Foods offers without committing to large amounts of any one item.

All the items in our Wild Produce Sampler have just come back into season (the miner’s lettuce is particularly wonderful), and with the recent arrival of fresh morels we also have a fresh wild mushroom sampler packed with goodies.
