Rose Bellini

Celebrate any occasion with this unique twist on a classic – a rose bellini! Serve this cocktail in a champagne flute and garnish with edible rose petals for a stylish touch.
We used edible roses to make a rose simple syrup and added just a dash of elderflower syrup to complement the rose flavor.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 – 1 oz Rose Simple Syrup (to taste)
- Elderflower Syrup
- Prosecco, Champagne, or other sparkling wine of your choice
- Edible Rose Petals for garnish
DIRECTIONS

Pour rose simple syrup into a champagne flute.

Add a small splash of elderflower syrup.

Top the flute with prosecco, champagne, or sparkling wine of your choice.

Garnish with a rose petal and serve.
