    Hi Rita,

Here are some of our recipes for Texas wild boar tenderloins:
Seared Wild Boar Tenderloin with Rosemary
Grilled Wild Boar Tenderloin with Grilled Veggie Salad
    Chile Rubbed Wild Boar Tenderloin

In general you can cook them similarly to pork tenderloins – just keep in mind that they’re leaner, so they may cook more quickly.

    Hi Sherry,

    Thank you for the compliment!

We don’t have a cookbook containing all of our recipes (we probably have over 900 at this point, with more going live every week), however, we did put together a small cookbook with several of our favorites from 2009.

Here’s a link to the 2009 cookbook page, where you can download it for free as a PDF file or order a hardbound copy if you wish.

    Hi Scott,

We don’t have a bone marrow recipe on the blog yet, but here are a couple of links I’ve found that should work for you:

    Basic Marrow Bone Recipe
More Chef-y Preparation, including a soak method that you may want to use before the basic preparation too.

I hope these links help! Enjoy your marrow!
