About a year ago, we introduced a new line of artisanal cheese samplers from single dairies…we offered Mt. Townsend Creamery Cheese &  River Valley Ranch Cheese Samplers … no one bought it.  Ahhh, the joys of running a webstore and failing 95% of the time.  When victories do come, they are so very sweet.

So, today we try again.

This time, we’re sticking with our bulk concept and offering the following cheeses in party sizes: St. Andre Triple Creme, Humboldt Fog, Chimay a la Biere, Point Reyes Blue Cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, Tallegio Arnoldi, Le Gruyere Premier Cru, Pecorino Tartufello, Valbreso Feta and Maytag Blue

Cliches often become such because of their veracity…the third time is so often the charm.  So…I’m thinking that we’ll be revamping our fine bulk cheese page one more time in the near future. 

Maybe you can help me out with a head start.  What do you think?  How can we make our cheese offerings better?
