Between the exciting success of the ongoing Ridiculously Delicious Challenge, Justin having watched Jackass last weekend, and inspiration from Salty Seattle, we’ve decided to push the envelope with a new challenge which we’re affectionately referring to as “The Ridiculously Offal Challenge.”
