Basic Reishi Tea Recipe
Reishi tea is very bitter but it gives me clarity … after all, when it tastes this bad, it MUST be good for you!
Ingredients: (Makes 6+ Servings)
6 cups Cold Water
1 handful Dried Reishi Mushrooms
Directions:
1. Combine the reishi & the water in a pot.

2. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer, and simmer for about 30 minutes (until the reishi mushrooms are saturated and have sunk to the bottom of the pot). Strain out the mushrooms, and sip.

Looks easy to do! I’ve heard that you’re not supposed to use aluminum or metal, don’t know why. I’ll try it in my enamel pot though.
