New Flower & Herb Crystals!

We’re really excited about these new crystals.  They’re hand made from fresh herbs and flowers and cane sugar…nothing else.  Beautiful, crunchy and tasty, they make a beautiful garnish for sweet and some savory dishes – they can also be crushed for use rimming cocktail glasses.

More Specialty Vegetables!

Bulk Parsley Root

This special variety of parsley has a large, carrot-shaped root with a flavor evoking parsley, turnips and celery.  Though not well known in the US, parsley root is used in a lot of Eastern European cuisines.

Baby Cauliflower (Green, White, Purple or Orange)

Like baby romanesco, baby cauliflower can be roasted whole or cut into florets as you would adult cauliflower.  It offers a similar flavor, but more tender texture and can be ordered in four different colors.

Baby Candy Beets & Baby Golden Beets

Baby beets can be roasted as you would full-grown beets or thinly sliced for use raw in salads, etc. As their name suggests, golden beets are a beautiful yellow color, while candy beets are prized for their beautiful bull’s-eye pattern of alternating white and red layers.

New Tabby Cat Pickles!

When it comes to artisanal pickles, Tabby Cat’s where it’s at. Inside these jars you’ll find an intriguing, addicting blend of sweet, sour (& often spicy) with a crave-able crunch that’ll leave you drooling for more.
