“Ozark Negroni” Cocktail Recipe
Makes 1 drink
This negroni gets its faint sweetness from a sorghum simple syrup rather than sweet vermouth, adding complexity to the blend of floral gin and bitter campari.
INGREDIENTS
- 1oz Floral Gin (we used Uncle Val’s)
- 1oz Campari
- 3/4 oz Sorghum Simple Syrup (50% sorghum syrup, 50% water)
- 1oz Dolin Blanc (dry)
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Orange Twist
DIRECTIONS

Combine the gin, campari, dolin & simple syrup in a shaker with ice.

Shake until well chilled. Strain over ice & top with a small amount of club soda.

Garnish with an orange twist & serve.
