Cram your culinary thinking cap on because one of our blogger buddies, Mango & Tomato, has a recipe challenge for ya! All you have to do is come up with the best recipe that involves a mango and a tomato.
The person who submits the best recipe gets a couple gift cards … but in our always-humble opinion, the really lucky one is the second best. When we heard it was M&T’s 2nd birthday, we offered to throw something fun into the mix … so the second best recipe gets a 25 pack of our palm leaf plates.
I presume that being a sponsor bars me from entering, which is fine by me because my idea is so bad that it is eligible to be force fed to a flock of fraternity pledges. It’s a good thing that you are more creative and delicious than me. Head on over to the post and give it a shot!
