Kabosu Gimlet

A gimlet like you’ve never tasted. Kabosu juice brings the lime flavor, but also adds some refreshing cucumber & melon notes. We added a bit of simple syrup to the mix to balance the sweet & tart flavors.

Ingredients: Makes 1 Drink

2 oz Gin
1oz Kabosu Juice
1/4oz – 1/2oz Simple Syrup


1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.

2. Shake vigorously to mix.

3. Strain into a rocks glass, or serve straight up.

4. Garnish with a lime wedge or lime slice.
