The new six variety sausage sampler offers a different range of flavors than our 12 variety sausage sampler. It contains 48 links of sausage made with pheasant, alligator, lamb, chicken and duck. It’s a great way to pack your freezer full of exciting flavors that are incredibly easy to cook!

Now you can get kangaroo medallions and our new wild boar medallions, elk medallions and antelope medallions in a single order! We’ve expanded our East Coast oyster offerings with deep-cupped, sweet & creamy Quonset Point oysters, meaty Connecticut Blue Point oysters (perhaps the most iconic Atlantic variety) and huge 4″ Flying Point oysters. More Specialty Nuts & Sugar
We’ve also added bulk Fondant Sugar (aka Icing Sugar), a super-fine variety of confectioner’s sugar (much smaller granules than normal powdered sugar) with an invert sugar added to reduce clumping in liquids. Use it to make better fondants, bonbon fillings and icings. Bulk Paella Rice
Paella rice may look like risotto rice, but the two types of short-grain rice have actually been cultivated for different characteristics. Risotto varieties release more starch for a creamy texture while paella rice retains its starch, holds its shape and stays separate while absorbing lots of flavorful broth.
