How to Make Hot Sauce

1. Rehydrate the chilies.
2. Remove stems & (if desired) seeds.
3. Put vinegar, chilies, salt and some of the rehydration liquid in blender.
4. Blend them into a smooth puree.
5. Enjoy!

12 Chipotle Morita Chilies
4 Smoked Serrano Chilies
1 Mulato Chile
1 ¾ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Rehydration Liquid
1 ½ tbsp Sugar

Fruity Hot Sauce:

2 Mulato Chilies
2 Guajillo Chilies
2 Aji Amarillo Chilies
1 ¾ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Rehydration Liquid
1 tbsp Sugar

Hot! Hot Sauce:

4 Guajillo Chilies
10 De Arbol Chilies
6 Tepin Chilies
1 ¾ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Rehydration Liquid
1 tbsp Sugar

Blended Flavors
Hot Sauce:

1 Ancho Chile
1 Guajillo Chile
2 Aji Amarillo Chilies
3 Smoked Serrano Chilies
2 De Arbol Chilies
1 Calabrian Chile
1 ¾ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Rehydration Liquid
1 tbsp Sugar
