Fresh Horseradish – It alway grew in my mothers garden; nothing better than fresh horseradish with a Standing Rib Roast.

Geoduck – Have lived in the area all my life and never eaten Geoduck, I remember digging up these huge clams as a kid but never thought they were edible.

Heart Shaped Raviolis with Ricotta, Mozzarella, and Asiago – What a beautiful plate for Valentines day with these lovely items.

Live Olympia Oysters – Nothing better than fresh local seafood. I have not met an Oyster I did not like.

I’m not going to repeat all the other answers

But I’m going to say that I remember my parents making the fresh horseradish for a root.
I would never ever want to eat geoduck. It looks frightening.
The ravioli looks adorable (even if it’s heart shaped).
And I LOVE LOVE LOVE oysters (brings back memories of New Orleans)
