What we’ve got here seems to be horseradish, geoduck, ricotta mozzarella and asiago heart-shaped raviolis, and delicious Olympia oysters. All of which I would chow down on. Except maybe for the horseradish. A bite of that would hurt.
February 8th, 2010 at 12:07 pmI immediately remembered #3 being the heart shaped ravioli, which some day when I can afford real food other than ramen noodles, I would LOVE to try. The specific filling is Ricotta, Mozzarella, and Asiago.
#4 is a fresh olympia oyster – I’d have no idea how to prepare and eat one, but I know what they look like.
#1 is the fresh horseradish and #2 is a geoduck. I figured #1 was a root vegetable or something like that, but I had no idea about #2.

Fresh horseradish; live geoduck; ricotta, mozzarella, and asiago heart-shaped ravioli; and live Olympia oysters.
Obviously, one should grate a bit of the horseradish to serve over the oysters and the geoduck (thinly sliced). Then, heat up the ravioli, toss with some melted butter and voila… all you need is champagne!

Fresh Horseradish – It alway grew in my mothers garden; nothing better than fresh horseradish with a Standing Rib Roast.
Geoduck – Have lived in the area all my life and never eaten Geoduck, I remember digging up these huge clams as a kid but never thought they were edible.
