Champion of the Integrale Gauntlet Announced

After three incredible rounds of the Integrale Gauntlet, one winner has finally been chosen! The final round of our Integrale Gauntlet required our final six bloggers to put their best food forward and take a picture of their final recipe that is as beautiful as the food is appetizing. Check out the submissions from the bloggers below. Click on each photo to enlarge:
Ryan, our photographer, and Matt, our videographer & photo assistant were the judges for this final round. They chose the winning photo based on photographic principles of lighting & composition, and of course, the deliciousness of the photo. The winning blogger is… Girl in the Little Red Kitchen! Congratulations, you have claimed your title as Champion of the Integrale Gauntlet! Both Ryan & Matt said your Lemon Risotto photo had beautiful soft lighting and great focus on the food. Your eyes are immediately drawn to and focused on the risotto, which is the goal of food photography! Not only is the food the main focus, your photo also showcases the main ingredient, Integrale rice. And in addition to the lovely photo, your recipe for a classic lemon risotto with shrimp is a crowd-pleasing favorite.
