I’m so excited Katie and I was really honored to be on the top 12 list. Julie Kozarsky’s dish was also amazing and she almost beat me with all the great comments her dish got. Kudos to the other cooks who made the top 12 list. I love Marx Foods and I so enjoyed cooking with all the wonderful things that you sent to us. It was my first time to cook with saffron and the cornbread is now a big favorite. I also loved the dill pollen! Again, thank you so much! Marx’s food is the best. P.S. Can’t wait to receive another package from you. Yippee!
March 5th, 2013 at 2:53 pmKatie: Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know I got my package. I love all the products that you sent and I’m looking forward to creating some new dishes. I absolutely love the smell of the fennel pollen! We have had limas many times, but never Christmas limas, so I’m looking forward to using those. The Organic Millet Seed is also something I’ve never used. I have been reading all the helpful tips on your website to get some good ideas on how to use everything. Again, thank you so much!
